Orange Juice 1 litre
Water 1 litre
Sugar 1-1/2 kgs
Orange Essence 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Remove the orange juice. strein and keep in an airtight conteiner in the fridge.
Boil the water along with the sugar, boil till the sugar disolves completlly.
Add 1/2 tabelspoon juice of lemon nd mix well. give 2-3 boils remove frome gas nd cool completly.strein.
Add the keep aside orange juice , orange essence and 1-1/2 tabel spoon juice of lemon nd mic well.
Store in dry airtight nd sterliged bottel.
To serve: in a tall glass put about 4-5 tablespoon of orange syrup and add sufficient water.mix well .add crused ice and searved cilled.
