  • 50 gms dry rose leaves

  • 2 tsp citric acid

  • 1 kgs sugar

  • 50 gms sandal. powder

  • 1 litre water

  • 5-6 drop rose essence


  • First take tha sugar, water , rose leaves and keep boilling.
  • Now u put the sandelwood powder in the cloth and make a bundle and keep this into sugar soluction.
  • Boiled this mixcture until the leaves of the rose is not white and the sweet syrup is of 2 wire.
  • Cool this mixchure and taken out the sandelwood powder bundle after u filtret the mixchure.
  • Niw u added citric acid , rose acence,and mixed very well.
  • Rose sandelwood sharbat is ready.
