Ingredients

Serves 3

  • dry rose leaves 50 gms

  • Citric acid 2 tsp

  • sugar 1 kgs

  • sandal. Powder 50 gms

  • water 1 litre

  • Rose essence 5-6 drop

Directions

  • 01

    First take tha sugar, water , rose leaves and keep boilling.

    Now u put the sandelwood powder in the cloth and make a bundle and keep this into sugar soluction.

    Boiled this mixcture until the leaves of the rose is not white and the sweet syrup is of 2 wire.

  • 04

    Cool this mixchure and taken out the sandelwood powder bundle after u filtret the mixchure.

  • 05

    Niw u added citric acid , rose acence,and mixed very well.

  • 06

    Rose sandelwood sharbat is ready.
