Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowls watermelon


  • 1 nos tomoto medium size roughly chopped


  • 2 nos garlic pods finely chopped


  • 1 tsp black pepper (freshly crushed)


  • 1/4 tsp black salt


  • 1 nos brown bread slice chopped roughly


  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves


  • 1/4 tsp basil


  • 1 tsp olive oil

Directions

  • Put chopped watermelon, Tomato,mintleave,basil ,brown bread and rock salt and blend until smooth
  • Transfer the mixture to mixing bowl ,add crushed black pepper and mix well
  • Serve the cold soup in soup bowl ,granish with olive oil infused with garlic and few mint leave!
  • *For infused garlic in olive oil-just add finely chopped garlic into olive oil,just to enhance the flavours of the soup
  • *Tips-can add 1 pod garlic while blending!
