Ingredients

  • Jaggery powder 1/2 cups

  • lemon 1 nos

  • Dry ginger powder 1/4 tsp

  • Elachi powder 1/4 tsp

  • Water 2 cups

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Dissolve the jaggery in water then add lemon juice, elachi powder,dry ginger powder, salt and mix well.

  • 02

    Then strain it using a strainer and serve.

  • 03

    Chilled panakam is even more tastier.
