Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups jaggery powder


  • 1 nos lemon


  • 1/4 tsp dry ginger powder


  • 1/4 tsp elachi powder


  • 2 cups water


  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  • Dissolve the jaggery in water then add lemon juice, elachi powder,dry ginger powder, salt and mix well.
  • Then strain it using a strainer and serve.
  • Chilled panakam is even more tastier.
