  • 2 tbsp ragi flour

  • 3/4 cups water

  • 1.5 cups milk

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp jaggery powder


  • Take ragi flour in a sauce pan, add 3/4 cup of water. Mix it well with a whisk without any lumps.
  • Cook the ragi flour in low flame for 10 minutes or until its thick and shiny. Then allow it to cool.
  • Then add this to a blender along with milk and jaggery and blend it very well and serve.
