1 inch ginger
2 inch fresh turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon powder
5-6 tsp honey
Directions
Take fresh turmeric and ginger in a grinder and coarsely ground it. without removing the skin.
Add honey and cinnamon powder .
Finally add water and blend well.
Remove it in a jar and keep in fridge overnight. Drink it in morning empty stomach.
