  • 2 nos ripen wood apple

  • 6 nos ripen banana

  • 1 nos grated fresh coconut

  • 200 gms cottage cheese

  • 1 cups sugar

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • Break the wood apple & collect pulps from it in a bowl
  • Add water to the pulp & mash it well & strain well
  • Keep the water aside & throw the rough things like seeds from the strainer
  • Then take bananas grated coconuts sugar cottage cheese in anathor bowl & mash them well
  • Then add bel water to mashed banana mixture & mix it well
  • Pour the juice in a glass sprinkle some black pepper powder add some ice cubes & serve
