Ingredients

  • 2 nos raw mango


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1/4 tsp black salt


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 10-12 nos mint leaves

Directions

  • wash and peel raw mango and cut it into chunks
  • boiler steam raw mango chunks for 5 minutes
  • remove boil or steam raw mango chunks and messed it
  • transfer raw mango pulp in a Blender jar with sugar, salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder and 7-8 mint leaves.
  • blend for 1 minute
  • now your baflo paste is ready.
  • take 4 tablespoon baflo pulp in a serving glass and add water into it with some ice cube
  • serve baflo with fresh mint leaves
