Ingredients

  • Raw Mango 2 nos

  • sugar 1/2 cups

  • black salt 1/4 tsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp

  • mint leaves 10-12 nos

Directions

  • 01

    wash and peel raw mango and cut it into chunks

  • 02

    boiler steam raw mango chunks for 5 minutes

  • 03

    remove boil or steam raw mango chunks and messed it

  • 04

    transfer raw mango pulp in a Blender jar with sugar, salt, black salt, roasted cumin powder and 7-8 mint leaves.

    blend for 1 minute

  • 06

    now your baflo paste is ready.

  • 07

    take 4 tablespoon baflo pulp in a serving glass and add water into it with some ice cube

  • 08

    serve baflo with fresh mint leaves
