Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups yogurt


  • 2 cups mango purée


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 2 tbsp almonds


  • 2 tbsp pistachios


  • 1/4 cups milk


  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  • Remove the skin of ripen mangoes and dice the flesh
  • Blend the mango flesh in blender and strain using strainer,discard the waste .Keep the mango purée aside
  • Beat the yogurt well using whisk mix sugar into it
  • Add the mango purée and mix throughly with yogurt
  • Add chopped almonds and pistachios mix well
  • Add cardamom powder , salt and milk and mix well
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve chili. Mango Lassi Ready
