almonds 25 nos
poppy seeds 2 tsp
munakka deseeded 2 tbsp
fennel seeds 2 tbsp
black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
melon seeds(kharbuje ki meengi) 4 tsp
cardamoms 2 nos
full cream milk 1 cups
ice crushed 1 cups
milkmaid sweetened condensed milk 1 tbsp
sugar or as per the taste 2 tbsp
fresh rose petals 50 gms
rose essence 2 drop
rose syrup 1 tsp
pistachios chopped for the garnish 1 tsp
fresh rose petals for the garnish 8-10 nos
Soak almonds, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, munnakka, melon seeds, rose petals in 1 glass of water overnight.
Peel the almonds and grind all the soaked ingredients together to make a fine paste.
Now add milk, milkmaid, pepper, sugar and cardamom powder and pulse again in a blender until everything gets mixed and grinded very well.
Add water if the consistency is too thick.
Add rose essence and rose syrup and stir
Garnish with rose petals and chopped pistachios and serve chilled with crushed ice.
