Grease square pan, keep it aside
Dissolve cornstarch in half cup milk and keep it aside
Mix coconut milk, remaining milk and vanilla extract on medium heat for 30 seconds
Add sugar and corn slurry to milk mixture and stir constantly until milk thickens
Pour the mixture to square pan, allow to cool for 15 minutes. cover the pan with plastic wrap
Chill for 1-2 hours. Cut in squares , garnish with toasted coconut and serve cold
