Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 120 gms chevon minced meat


  • 200 gms paneer


  • 3 nos for butter masala : onion roughly chopped


  • 5 nos tomatoes ,toughly slit


  • 1 tbsp garlic paste


  • 50 gms cashew


  • 1 tbsp kasturi meethi


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 3 tbsp sugar


  • 3 tbsp cream


  • 2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder


  • 4 tbsp butter


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 2 nos for keema :onion slices


  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp coriander masala


  • 1 tsp cumin masala


  • 1 tsp garama masala


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 1 cups water


  • 2 tsp for paneer : corn flour


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 3 tbsp water


  • 1 tsp oil

Directions

  • In pan add oil and 1 tbsp butter add onion and once the onion are cooked add tomatoes and cashew
  • Add garlic paste,garam masala,red chilli powder and sugar and mix it evenly.Let it simmer for 20mins
  • Cool it completely if using mixie to grind into fine paste and strain it to same pan and make sure there is minimal wastage.
  • simultaneously,on other side gas stove we need to prepare keema,in pressure cooker add oil,once heated add onion
  • Once onion are cooked add all spices powder one by one and cook for 5 minutes
  • Add minced meat and cook it for simmer fir 5 minutes a
  • Add water and salt and give 4 whistle and make sure its should be dry
  • Cut paneer into big cubes and stuff keema between two slices
  • Niw add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder,corn flour,salt and water to make batter
  • Dip those stuffed paneer cubes and dip in batter and dry roast in Skillet both the sides by adding oil
  • Now add butter,stuffed keema paneer and cream to it and add kasturi meethi and let it simmer for 5mins.Garnish with cream.
