Ingredients

Serves 6

  • For Making Kofta :mutton mince 1 kgs

  • onion 1 nos

  • green chilli 4 nos

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • garam masala powder 1 tsp

  • ginger paste 1 tsp

  • garlic paste 1 tsp

  • coriander powder 1 tbsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • salt or as per taste 1 tsp

  • fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp

  • For Making Gravy : spinach 1/2 cups

  • methi 1/4 cups

  • soya leaves 1/4 cups

  • green chillies 4 nos

  • cumin seeds 1 tsp

  • cloves 4-5 nos

  • Cinnamon stick 1 piece

  • black cardamom 2 nos

  • large onion paste 1 nos

  • yogurt whisked 1 cups

  • ginger and garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp

  • coriander powder 1 tsp

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • garam masala powder 3/4 tsp

  • milk 1/2 cups

  • salt or according to taste 1 tsp

  • oil 1/2 cups

  • fresh cream for Garnish 1/2 cups

Directions

    Take onion and green chilli in grinding jar and make paste without water

  • 02

    Now transfer mutton mince in deep mixing bowl and add this onion and green chilli paste in it

  • 03

    Now add other kofta masala and salt in it and mix nicely

  • 04

    Make equal size balls of all mixture

  • 05

    Take washed spinach, methi, soya and green chillies in a pot and boiled it with required water for 5 to 8 minutes,when done discard water and make fine smooth paste of it

    Now heat oil in pan add cumin seeds,cloves, cinnamon, black pepper Corn,black cardamom

    Now add ginger garlic and onion paste and saute till colour change

  • 08

    Now add red chilli, corriender, turmeric,cumin powder salt and saute

  • 09

    Now add whisked yogurt and simmer till oil remove on surface

  • 10

    Now add 1 litter water and making kofta,cover and cook till water dry and kofta cooked

  • 11

    Now add spinach,methi and soya mixture and boil

  • 12

    Now add milk and boil on medium flame till required thickness of gravy

  • 13

    Now add garam masala and mix

  • 14

    Now Subz Mutton Kofta is ready to serve

  • 15

    Serve hot with rice,paratha or chappati

  • 16

    Pour some cream over the top at time to serve
