Ingredients

  • Mutton pieces...1/2 kg


  • Small onions..200g


  • Green chilli..6


  • Crushed ginger ..1 tsp


  • Garlic..20 nos


  • Black pepper powder..2 tsp


  • Whole coriander seeds..100 g


  • Cumin seeds..1 tsp


  • Curry leaves..1/4 cup


  • Turmeric powder..1tsp


  • Fenugreek..2 tsp

Directions

  • First grind the whole coriander seeds and cumins seeds in a mixi jar
  • Then take a pressure cooker, add mutton, ginger, garlic, grren chilli, small onions. Black pepper, turmeric powder,salt, fenugreek and grinded coriander cumin seed mix into it
  • Mix it all well and cook..
  • After cooking, heat a pan and pour little coconut oil and add chopped small onions, and curry leaves...fry it all and pour into the mutton curry..mix it well
  • Its very tasty, yummy, and healthy simple rcp
