Mutton pieces...1/2 kg
Crushed ginger ..1 tsp
Black pepper powder..2 tsp
Whole coriander seeds..100 g
Cumin seeds..1 tsp
Curry leaves..1/4 cup
First grind the whole coriander seeds and cumins seeds in a mixi jar
Then take a pressure cooker, add mutton, ginger, garlic, grren chilli, small onions. Black pepper, turmeric powder,salt, fenugreek and grinded coriander cumin seed mix into it
Mix it all well and cook..
After cooking, heat a pan and pour little coconut oil and add chopped small onions, and curry leaves...fry it all and pour into the mutton curry..mix it well

In kerala,m mostly Malabar area this dish make for womens, after delivery..
Serve with rice , pathiri etc..
