Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgs mutton minced


  • 1 nos onions finely chopped


  • 1 nos tomato finely chopped


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tbsp dhaniya powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves

Directions

  • Heat A Kadai Add Oil And Now Add Onion And Tomatoes. Saute To Oil Separate.
  • Now Add Ginger Garlic Paste. To This Add Minced Mutton .
  • Bring In Chilli Powder , Dhaniya Powder , Turmeric Powder And Garam Masala . Saute Well.
  • The Mutton Will Leave Water. Let The Water Reduce .
  • Cook In Slow Flame With Continue Stirring .
  • Remove From Flame Once Oil Separates . Add Coriander Leaves.
  • Ready To Serve
