Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kgs to cook mutton mutton


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 2 nos fir gravy : onions finely chopped


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 3 nos tomato ,make puree


  • 1 tbsp chilli powder


  • 2 tbsp dhaniya powder


  • 3 tsp cumin powder


  • 2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 cups cashew


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves finely chopped


  • 1/4 cups curry leaves


  • 1/5 tsp salt as required


  • 1 cups water


  • 2 tbsp spices : oil


  • 4 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 5 nos cardamon


  • 1 inch cinnamon


  • 4 nos cloves


  • 1/4 tsp black stone flower

Directions

  • Take mutton, salt and turmeric powder in a pressure cooker and cook for 5 whistle. Then reduce the flame for 15 mins. Once the pressure comes down open and set aside.
  • Soak cashew in hot water for 30 minutes and make smooth paste of it .
  • Heat oil and ghee in a large pan . once the oil is hot , bring in all the spices and saute to smell aroma.
  • To this add in onions, curry leaves and green chillies . Saute to cook well.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and mix well .
  • Now bring in tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with any Indian bread
