Ingredients

Serves 4

  • To cook Mutton Mutton 1/2 kgs

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tbsp

  • Fir gravy : Onions finely chopped 2 nos

  • green chilli 2 nos

  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

  • Tomato ,make puree 3 nos

  • Chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • Dhaniya powder 2 tbsp

  • cumin powder 3 tsp

  • Garam masala 2 tsp

  • Cashew 1 cups

  • Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/2 cups

  • Curry leaves 1/4 cups

  • Salt as required 1/5 tsp

  • Water 1 cups

  • Spices : Oil 2 tbsp

  • Ghee 4 tbsp

  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp

  • Cardamon 5 nos

  • Cinnamon 1 inch

  • Cloves 4 nos

  • Black stone flower 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Take mutton, salt and turmeric powder in a pressure cooker and cook for 5 whistle. Then reduce the flame for 15 mins. Once the pressure comes down open and set aside.

    Soak cashew in hot water for 30 minutes and make smooth paste of it .

    Heat oil and ghee in a large pan . once the oil is hot , bring in all the spices and saute to smell aroma.

    To this add in onions, curry leaves and green chillies . Saute to cook well.

    Add ginger garlic paste and mix well .

  • 06

    Now bring in tomato puree and cook until oil separates.

    Add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with any Indian bread
