Mixed together chhoped onions, coriender, tometos, green chilli,& minced meat.
Add all the spices nd mix well. add 1 egg to this meat mixchur nd mix throuly.
Add flour to this mixchur to make the mixhure less wet nd more sticky so that the kababs keeps thair shapes better.
Make kabab petties with the meat mixchure nd keep aside.
Heat a Fry pan/ grille and add oil and place the kabab petties on the pan grill.
Cook both sides for 2-3 mins. or untill brown.
Serve with chutney nd rumali roti.
