Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 kgs minced meat


  • 4 nos onions chhoped


  • 2 nos tomatoes chhoped


  • 2 tbsp chhoped coriender leves


  • 1 tbsp chilli flaks


  • 1 tbsp garam masala


  • 4-5 nos green chilli chhoped


  • 2 tbsp chhoped ginger


  • 2 tbsp chhped garlic


  • 1 tsp cumin


  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 nos egg


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp oil for shellow fring/ grilling

Directions

  • Mixed together chhoped onions, coriender, tometos, green chilli,& minced meat.
  • Add all the spices nd mix well. add 1 egg to this meat mixchur nd mix throuly.
  • Add flour to this mixchur to make the mixhure less wet nd more sticky so that the kababs keeps thair shapes better.
  • Make kabab petties with the meat mixchure nd keep aside.
  • Heat a Fry pan/ grille and add oil and place the kabab petties on the pan grill.
  • Cook both sides for 2-3 mins. or untill brown.
  • Serve with chutney nd rumali roti.
