Spicy Chapli Kabab

minced meat 1 kgs
onions chhoped 4 nos
tomatoes chhoped 2 nos
chhoped coriender leves 2 tbsp
chilli flaks 1 tbsp
garam masala 1 tbsp
green chilli chhoped 4-5 nos
chhoped ginger 2 tbsp
chhped garlic 2 tbsp
cumin 1 tsp
cornflour 1 tbsp
egg 1 nos
salt 2 tsp
oil for shellow fring/ grilling 1 tbsp
Mixed together chhoped onions, coriender, tometos, green chilli,& minced meat.
Add all the spices nd mix well. add 1 egg to this meat mixchur nd mix throuly.
Add flour to this mixchur to make the mixhure less wet nd more sticky so that the kababs keeps thair shapes better.
Make kabab petties with the meat mixchure nd keep aside.
Heat a Fry pan/ grille and add oil and place the kabab petties on the pan grill.
Cook both sides for 2-3 mins. or untill brown.
Serve with chutney nd rumali roti.
