Ingredients

Serves 3

  • boneless mutton pieces 500 gms

  • onions chopped 2 nos

  • tomatoes chopped 2 nos

  • capsicum chopped 1 nos

  • coriander seeds 1/2 tsp

  • whole red chillis 10 nos

  • garlic flaks 10-12 nos

  • ginger 1 inch

  • coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp

  • curry leaves 1 sprig

  • salt 2 tsp

  • water 3 cups

  • soya sauce 2 tbsp

  • refined oil 1/2 cups

  • soya sauce 2 tbsp

Directions

    Griend together red chillies, coriender seeds, coriander leaves,ginger , garlic, into a fine pest.

    Heat some oil in a pressure pan & saute curry leaves & chhoped oniond nd capsicum & till golden brown.

    Add the ground masala nd saute for a min.

  • 04

    When oil beangs to sepret add mutton pieces nd salt. keep on stirring.

    After 3 mins add the chopped tometoes nd 3 cupes water nd mix well.

  • 06

    Close the prresher pen nd preshher cook for 12 minutes.

    After 12 minutes turn off the flame.

  • 08

    Add soya sauce nd mix well fry 5 mins for the dry mutton.

  • 09

    Serve hot chilly mutton fry. With rice ,
