Take minced meat and grind it to smooth paste with onion , chillies . Pass it through grinder 3 times
Add some salt and mix it well. Make kabab and skewer it. Grill or shallow fry till it is cooked properly.
When kabab turn soft it will remove juices keep save that juice and cut kabab in small pieces.
Now take besan in a bowl and add cumin powder, red chilli powder, soya sauce, salt and the kabab juices. Mix well and add some water to make a batter
Dip the kabab pieces into the batter and deep fry it till they turn golden.
Serve it with ketchup or schezwan chutney for extra spice.
Tastes good with mint chutney too.
