Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 500 gms minced goat meat


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 2-3 nos green chillies


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 1/2 cups besan ir gram flour


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1-2 tsp salt to taste or as required

Directions

  • Take minced meat and grind it to smooth paste with onion , chillies . Pass it through grinder 3 times
  • Add some salt and mix it well. Make kabab and skewer it. Grill or shallow fry till it is cooked properly.
  • When kabab turn soft it will remove juices keep save that juice and cut kabab in small pieces.
  • Now take besan in a bowl and add cumin powder, red chilli powder, soya sauce, salt and the kabab juices. Mix well and add some water to make a batter
  • Dip the kabab pieces into the batter and deep fry it till they turn golden.
  • Serve it with ketchup or schezwan chutney for extra spice.
  • Tastes good with mint chutney too.
