Ingredients

Mutton(Goat meat) 400 gms
White Onion 1 nos
Garlic Cloves,chopped 2 nos
Tomatoes,diced 1 nos
Red Pepper 1/2 nos
Yelow Pepper 1/2 nos
Egg 1 nos
Italian Seasoning 1 tbsp
Bread Crumbs 1 cups
Parmesan Cheese 1 cups
Mozzarella Cheese 1/4 cups
Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste 1 tsp
For marinara sauce for 4:Tomatoes puree 1 cups
Garlic cloves,chopped 3 nos
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp
Tomato sauce 1/4 cups
Sugar 3/4 tsp
Salt to taste 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
mint 2 sprig
Coriander Leaves 2 sprig
Olives 6 nos
Olive Oil 6 nos
Directions
In a pan add little olive oil and saute onions and garlic until translucent.
Add red, yellow bell pepper, tomato puree, Italian seasoning, sweating the vegetables until liquid evaporates, about 5 minutes. Set aside. Let it cool.
For making Marinara sauce. In a separate pan over medium high heat add olive oil saute garlic until fragrant. Then add in tomato sauce and puree. Mix well with little water.
Season with Italian seasoning, chilli flakes, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes and let the oil float on top. Marinara sauce is ready.
Making of Meatloaf. Combine minced kheema or ground goat meat with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, egg, little Marinara sauce red, yellow pepper, salt, pepper to taste. Form into a loaf using your hands, mixing all the ingredients thoroughly. Place the loaf in a tin placing parchment paper.
Coat the top of the loaf with Marinara sauce with a spoon and spread with the back of spoon. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 180 degree centigrade for 45 minutes or until the meat loaf is done.. Let it stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
Dish and serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce and garnish it with mint leaves coriander leaves and olives.
