Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Minced Goat meat 2 cups

  • Garlic pods 2 nos

  • Egg 1 nos

  • Bread crumbs 1 cups

  • Grated cheese 1/2 cups

  • Pepper powder 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp

  • Oats 1/2 cups

  • Chopped veggies 2 cups

  • Butter 1 tbsp

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Pepper powder 1 tsp

  • Water 3 cups

  • Coconut milk 1 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Directions

    Combine minced goat meat with chopped garlic cheese pepper powder bread crumbs chopped coriander leaves and salt.

    Mix well and shape them to equal sized balls.

    Add oil in a pan and shallow fry them until all the sides of the meat balls turned out crispy outside.

    Take the fried meatballs out and place them in a kitchen towel.

    Add butter in that same pan and add ginger garlic paste. Saute till the raw smell goes.

    After that add the galf cup of oats and roast it for a minutes.

    Add chopped veggies and saute them for another one minute.

    Add water coconut meat and allow them to boil.

    Now add the meatballs with some pepper powder.

    Allow them to boil till the porridge thickens.

    Finally add the chilli flakes.

  • 12

    Squeeze out the lemon juice and mix well.

    Now enjoy its every sip with your favourite samosas vadas and cutlets
