Mutton pieces from leg 600 gm
200 gm ghee
150 gm green chillis cut leanth wise nd seeds removed
250 gm onion thinly sliced
250 gm curd
Fresh coriander leaf chopped 1 tablespoon
2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Cumin seeds roasted and powder 10 gm
Salt 3 teaspoon
1 cup water
Melt ghee in a preshar cooker and add onion follwed quicly by ginger garlic pest , mutton , green chillis,coriender leaves , curd ,salt nd cumin powdr.mix well.
Add 1 cup of water.
Shut the lid of the preshar cooker. just as the ingridents heat up.
If using a presher cooker , reduse heat after 1 whistle and cook for 40-45 minuts.
After the meat is cooked,( the presher of the preshar cooker should drope on its own)
Open the lid,stir a littel carefully or else the meat pices will break nd searve with hot nan or jeera rice or both.
