Ingredients

  • Chevon meat(mutton meat, cooked and chopped..)..1 cup

  • Maida..1/2 cup

  • Egg..1

  • Salt,..2 tsp

  • Oil...200 ml

  • Onion...1 chopped

  • Ginger, garlic paste..2 tsp

  • Green chillies..2

  • Tomato..1/2 piece

  • Garam masala..1/2 tsp

  • Pepper powder..1/2 tsp

  • Chilly powder..1 tsp

  • Turmeric powder.1/4 tsp

  • Coriander powder..1 tsp

  • Curry leaves..6 nos

  • Coriander leaves.1/4 cup

Directions

    Heat oil in a pan,ginger, garlic and curry leaves, add onions and salt.

    Add green chilly and tomato

  • 03

    Add all masala powders..fry it for 1 minute

    Transfer cooked mutton to it saute well. and add coriander leaves

  • 05

    Make a medium constituency batter using, maida ,salt and water

  • 06

    Make a dosa using with this batter

    Place the dosa in a plate and put a 2 tbsp of the filling inthe centre of dosa

    Fold the opposite sides of dosa to the centre first and the other two opposite sides..

    This will form a box shape

    Beat one egg and add salt and coriander leavrs..

    Dip each prepared box in the egg mixture

    Shallow fry in a medium flame
