Ingredients

  • 2 Mutton Chaap (Meat)

  • 1 Cup Curd

  • 1 Bowl Fried Onions (Berasta)

  • 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tbsp Laung

  • 1/2 tbsp Sauf

  • 1/2 Sinamon

  • 2 Small Jalepino (Sello Fry)

  • 5 to 6 Beans (Boiled)

  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste

  • 1 tbsp Coriander

  • 1 tbsp Green Chillies (Chopped)

  • 1/2 tbsp Salt

  • 1 tbsp Aam Chur Powder

  • 3 to 4 tbsp Oil

Directions

    1) Firstly Wash Chaap Mutton then Marinate the Chaap with Ginger Garlic Paste and Salt and then keep it for 10 min for Marinating

    2) Take Black Pepper, Laung, Sauf, and Cinamon and Rosted them all in one Pan and then Crushed them all in one Mixer and Make Powder

    3) Now cook the Chaap in the Cooker

    4) In One Bowl Wishked Curd then add Crushed Fried Onion and also add Powder and then Mix it well

    5) Now Cook the Chaap in one pan for 2 min and then spread the curd and powder Mixer on it and Cover it and keep it for Cooker for 2 min at low flame

    6) After then open the cover after 2 min and add Green Chillies, Coriander, Jalepinos and Aam Chur Powder and mix it well all thing and cooked it well for 1 min

    7) Now Serve the Achari Chaap on Serving Plate with Tueli and Green Beans
