Ingredients

  • 2 Mutton Chaap (Meat)


  • 1 Cup Curd


  • 1 Bowl Fried Onions (Berasta)


  • 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper


  • 1/2 tbsp Laung


  • 1/2 tbsp Sauf


  • 1/2 Sinamon


  • 2 Small Jalepino (Sello Fry)


  • 5 to 6 Beans (Boiled)


  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste


  • 1 tbsp Coriander


  • 1 tbsp Green Chillies (Chopped)


  • 1/2 tbsp Salt


  • 1 tbsp Aam Chur Powder


  • 3 to 4 tbsp Oil

Directions

  • 1) Firstly Wash Chaap Mutton then Marinate the Chaap with Ginger Garlic Paste and Salt and then keep it for 10 min for Marinating
  • 2) Take Black Pepper, Laung, Sauf, and Cinamon and Rosted them all in one Pan and then Crushed them all in one Mixer and Make Powder
  • 3) Now cook the Chaap in the Cooker
  • 4) In One Bowl Wishked Curd then add Crushed Fried Onion and also add Powder and then Mix it well
  • 5) Now Cook the Chaap in one pan for 2 min and then spread the curd and powder Mixer on it and Cover it and keep it for Cooker for 2 min at low flame
  • 6) After then open the cover after 2 min and add Green Chillies, Coriander, Jalepinos and Aam Chur Powder and mix it well all thing and cooked it well for 1 min
  • 7) Now Serve the Achari Chaap on Serving Plate with Tueli and Green Beans
