Take mutton,black cardamom,crushed garlic,cloves, salt,mace,fennel and dry ginger powder in a vessel and add required amount of water,cover and cook till mutton tender
Now take milk in another pan add green cardamom powder in it and cook till half of original quantity
Now heat ghee in another pan,add fry onion paste and stir for a minute
Now add tender mutton piece (not add mutton stock at this time) cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes
Meanwhile stir it
Now add black pepper powder, salt and remaining stock and already cooked milk in this
Cook it in low flame for 4 to 5 minutes again, adjust salt and black pepper according to taste
Now Aab-e-Gosht is ready to serve
Serve hot with chappati or zafraan rice, garnish with some fried onion over the top
