Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/2 kg mutton


  • 1/2 cup oil


  • 4 onions sliced


  • 1 tablespoon ginger chhoped


  • 1 tablespoon garlic chhoped


  • 4-5 sabut red chilly


  • 2 black cardamom


  • Cinnamon stic 1-2


  • Black paper 8-10


  • Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon


  • Bay leaf 2


  • Cloves 4-5


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmuric pwd


  • 1 teaspoon coriender pwd


  • 1 teaspoon red chilli pwdr


  • 1-1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 3 chhoped tomatoes


  • 1/2 cup yigart


  • 1 teaspoon garam masala pwdr


  • 2 cup water


  • 3-4 green chilly chopped

Directions

  • Heat Oil in a pot and add onion and fry them untill light brown on low flame.
  • Add mutton, ginger, and garlic & fry for 3-4 min.
  • Add spices from 6-16 and give it a good mix add tomatose nd mix well. tometise aare added for colors.
  • Add 2 cups water and mix .cover and cook untill meat is tender low flame.( u can additiol water to tenderized meat)
  • Add yogart & cook until water drise nd oil seprets.
  • Sprinkle whole spise pwdr( garam masala) garnish with green chillis.
  • Searv hot mutton stew with roti & rice.
