Griend coriender leaves , mint leaves nd green chillis into a coarse pest.
Mutton minch wash and pat dry mutton breast pieces and pulse 2-3 times in mixie.
Add salt , garam masala , paper pwd,ginger garlic pest, chat masala, cumin pwdr, coriender pwd, coriender+ mint+ green chilli pest,meyonise , fresh cream & mix well.
Add 2 table spoon of bread crumbs, nd mix to make it like a dough. keep in freez for 15 min.
Take a orenge size ball of mince.aplly oil on plastic cover & keep the mince & place another plastic cover on the mince & roll with a rolling pin.
Take out the upper plastic & place the cheez slice in the middel living spece in the four sides.
With the healp of the plastic roll the mutton base like a spring roll
Cover the edges and the end part proper so that the cheese dose not ooze out whill cooking.
Prepare all the kababs and agein keep on fridge for 15 min.( hear at this stage u can store this in fridge for later use)
Take the mutton kabab and dip in egg and shallow fry in a pan / grill
Your testy kabab are ready cut it in to half so that the layer makes it look more attrective
Serve with mint chutny and fruit salsa.
