Ingredients

Two Tikka :Upper part thigh of front legs of goat (make sure its pink not red in color) 1 kgs
Medium Tomatoes 4 nos
Medium Onion 1 nos
Small Bunch of Coriander Leaves 1 nos
Few Leaves of Mint for decoration 1 nos
Boiled Eggs 5 nos
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt or as per taste 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds Powder 1 tsp
Haldi(Turmeric) Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic and green chilli Paste 2 tbsp
Bay Leaves 3 nos
cloves 2 nos
pepper corns 8 nos
one inch piece of cinnamon stick 1 nos
Black Cardamoms 2 nos
Green Cardamoms 4 nos
onion seeds 1 tsp
yogurt 2 tbsp
Water 250 ml
Directions
Take the two Goat meat Tikkas and marinate with all the powdered spices salt One Large tablespoon of Ginger Garlic and green chili paste keep aside
In a Pressure cooker (large enough for both tikkas to fit) heat two tablespoons of vegetable oil...I use Sunflower oil
In this add all the whole spices and the remaining large table spoon of Ginger Garlic and Green chili paste...let the aroma of spices and ginger garlic come
Now put both Tikkas and all the dry spices rub and lightly fry both sides
Now in a mixer grinder ...grind to fine paste the tomatoes onions and two bay leaves and two tablespoons of yogurt
Mix this paste well with the meat in the cooker
Add one large glass of clean water to this
Pressure cook for half an hour about seven whistles
Take out this gorgeous roast decorate it with mint leaves Coriander leaves Green chili add the boil eggs
Serve it with Naan or Paus
Gorgeous pot roast within an hour ready...great for working people who do Not have four hours to make the traditional pot roast...Enjoy!!!
