Ingredients

  • 750 gms mutton on bone


  • 2 nos onions sliced,long


  • 2 nos tomatoes chopped up


  • 10 nos green chilies,chopped


  • 15 nos silver garlic sliced into two


  • 2 inch ginger piece,grated


  • 1 nos bayleaf


  • 2 inch cinnamon stick


  • 8 nos green cardamom


  • 10 nos pepper corns


  • 6 nos cloves


  • 2 nos mace petals


  • 1 nos star anise


  • 1 tsp shahi jeera


  • 1 tsp poppy seeds


  • 1 cups chopped coriande


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 4 tbsp oil

  • Method
  • Dry roast ingredients 7to 14 ,cool and make into powder.
  • Heat oil,fry onions till brown,cook tomatoes till mushy.Add Mutton with marinade and cook on high for 15 mts.Add all ingredients barring chopped coriander and simmer till done.Add Chopped Coriander and simmer for 3 mts.A hot spicy dish
