  • Mutton on bone 750 gms

  • Onions Sliced,long 2 nos

  • Tomatoes chopped up 2 nos

  • Green Chilies,chopped 10 nos

  • Silver Garlic Sliced into two 15 nos

  • Ginger Piece,Grated 2 inch

  • Bayleaf 1 nos

  • Cinnamon Stick 2 inch

  • Green Cardamom 8 nos

  • Pepper Corns 10 nos

  • Cloves 6 nos

  • Mace petals 2 nos

  • star anise 1 nos

  • Shahi Jeera 1 tsp

  • Poppy Seeds 1 tsp

  • Chopped Coriande 1 cups

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil 4 tbsp

    Dry roast ingredients 7to 14 ,cool and make into powder.

    Heat oil,fry onions till brown,cook tomatoes till mushy.Add Mutton with marinade and cook on high for 15 mts.Add all ingredients barring chopped coriander and simmer till done.Add Chopped Coriander and simmer for 3 mts.A hot spicy dish
