Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Mutton pieces cut 500 gram

  • Salt 1-1/2 teaspoon

  • 2 cup chhoped tomato

  • 3 onion sliced

  • Ginger garlic pest 1 tablespoon

  • Yogart 2 tablespoon

  • 2 tablespoon ghee

  • 2 teaspoon cumin pwd

  • 2 bay leaf

  • 2 teaspoon degi mirch

  • Cloves 3-4

  • Black cardamom 2

  • Cinnamon stic 1 inch

  • Green cardamom 2-3

  • Red redish 1

  • Baby carrot 4-5

  • Turnip 1

  • Green coriender leaves 1 tablespoon chhoped

Directions

    Clean & wash mutton pieces,merrined it with salt, degi mirch, nd ginger garlic pest.

    Heat ghee in an earthen vessal, add whole spices,sliced onion and saute till, light brown , add ginger garlic pest.

    Add mutton & dry spices once mutton is seared add tomato.

  • 04

    Add water as required and allow mutton to cook on slow fire.

    Once mutton is almost done. add verticully cut turnip , red redish, and whole baby carrot.

    Add whisked curd & let it cook for anither 10 minuts over gentel heat.

  • 07

    Chake sesaning & serve hot.garnish with chhoped coriender.

  • 08

    Accompany with roti or naan.
