Ingredients

Serves 10

  • 200 grams of Minced Meat

  • 1 Teaspoon of Ginger and garlic paste

  • 3 pieces of onion shallots

  • 2 Green chillies

  • 2 teaspoon of Rosted gram

  • 1 Teaspoon of cumin seeds

  • 2 pieces of coconut

  • 1)2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 cup oil for deep fry

  • 1/2 TEASPOON OF GARAM MASALA POWDER

Directions

    Take a mixer jar add Rosted Gram and cumin seeds grind well

  • 02

    Add washed minced Meat, onions, coconut pieces, ginger and garlic paste, garam masala powder,green Chilly, salt grind well

    Meat dough is ready to fry

  • 04

    Take a small portion of dough and make flatten circle shape and take out the middle of the portion with help of Nozzles

    Lamb Doughnuts are ready to fry

    Heat a oil and add Doughnuts gently cook for midum flame until golden brown

  • 07

    And Delicious Lamb Doughnuts is Ready to serve with Tomato sauce /white sauce
