  • 1 cup sugar

  • maida as required

  • 1 cup ghee melted

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup hot water

Directions

    Take all the liquid ingredients n mix it . Then add all the dry ingredients n make a dough.

    Then make a 0.5 inch roti and cut it into pieces as u wish. In Squares or diamond shape. And fry in the oil on the medium flame. Your yummy tasty Shakarpara is ready.
