Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Mutton 1/2 kg


  • Seasame oil 75 gram


  • Ginger garlic paste 2tbs


  • Poppy's seeds paste 2 tbs


  • Tomato 1


  • Onion 100gram


  • Cinnamon 1


  • Cloves 2


  • Green cardomom 2


  • Coriander powder-2tbs


  • Cumin powder 1 tbs


  • Fennel powder 1tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1 pinch


  • Salt 1/2 tsp


  • Coriander leaves 2 leafs

Directions

  • Take a cooker and heat it
  • Add cinnamon and cardamom in it
  • After that add onions in it stir for few minutes
  • Add chilli powder in it
  • After that add gingergarlic paste
  • Add salt and fry for 5 mins
  • Pour 1 cup water and close the cooker.cook it until 5 whistles.
  • After that open the lid and add cumin powder,coriander powder,fennel powder,Turmeric powder,poppy's seeds and coriander leafs.close the lid and cook until 3 whistle comes and off the flame.
  • Tasty and healthy village style mutton korma is ready
  • Note:if you can cook this dish in a sand pot by adding 1 tsp papaya paste add cook 1 hour or until mutton cooked perfectly.
