Take a cooker and heat it
Add cinnamon and cardamom in it
After that add onions in it stir for few minutes
Add chilli powder in it
After that add gingergarlic paste
Add salt and fry for 5 mins
Pour 1 cup water and close the cooker.cook it until 5 whistles.
After that open the lid and add cumin powder,coriander powder,fennel powder,Turmeric powder,poppy's seeds and coriander leafs.close the lid and cook until 3 whistle comes and off the flame.
Tasty and healthy village style mutton korma is ready
Note:if you can cook this dish in a sand pot by adding 1 tsp papaya paste add cook 1 hour or until mutton cooked perfectly.
