Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Bonless mutton chhoped 2 cup


  • Basmati Rice 2 cup


  • 2 tablespoon ghee


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmuric powder


  • 1-1/2 teaspoon salt


  • Freshlly ground paper powder 1 teaspoon


  • 2 cloves


  • Cardamom 1


  • 3 egg


  • Cinnamon 2


  • Green chilli 2-3 chhoped


  • 1 teaspoon chilly flaks


  • 1 tablespoon garlic thinly chhoped


  • Chhoped celery, beens & carrot 1-1/2 cup


  • 3 onion chhoped


  • 2 tablespoon soya sauce


  • 1 tablespoon fryd casew nuts


  • 1 tablespoon fryd almonds

Directions

  • Wash and soak basmati rice for 7 to 8 minutes
  • Drain the water completely and set aside.
  • Heat 1 table spoon ghee in a fry pan
  • Add basmati rice nd saute,well for few minuts , keep aside.
  • Cook the mutton with little salt,and turmuric pwd untill tender.
  • Remove nd roughly chop set aside.
  • Now scrembel eggs with salt nd a pinch of paper pwd.
  • Cook basmati rice with salt,cloves , cinnamon , cardamom nd 4 cups of water.
  • Cover & cook until the rice, is done on midium flame.
  • Stir gently once in a while,as the rice greins do not break.
  • Once done keep the rice sepret by spreading it in a wide bowl.
  • Heat the remaining ghee in the pan.
  • Saute onion, garlic, red chillies, chhoped celerys, beens, carrot, till fregrent.
  • Add cooked rice, mutton nd scrembeld egg's.
  • Sprinkle paper pwd fry well.
  • Add soya sauce nd flluf gently.
  • Remove from flame.
  • Serve fryd rice hot garnish with fryd dry fruits with raita or any grevy.
