Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Minced Goat meat 300 gms

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Chana Dal(Yellow Gram)Soak in water 50 gms

  • Cardamom ,whole 2 piece

  • Cinnamon Stick 1 nos

  • Cloves 2 piece

  • Black Peppercorns 7-8 nos

  • Red Chilly ,whole 2 nos

  • Tej Patta Leaf 1 nos

  • Salt ,to taste 1 tsp

  • Sattu 2 tbsp

  • Cooking Oil 75 gms

  • For Stuffings:Coriander Leaves 1 sprig

  • Pudina Leaves(mint) 1 sprig

  • For Stuffings:Coriander Leaves,chopped 1 sprig

  • Pudina Leaves(mint) 1 sprig

  • Onion ,chopped 1 nos

  • Green Chilly,chopped 2-3 nos

  • Cashewnut ,chopped 6 nos

  • Kismiss 10 piece

  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp

Directions

    Cook minced goat meat along with all above ingredients in a pressure cooker.

    Cook with 3 to 4 whistles, or till the meat tenders.

    Take out from cooker and allow to cool.

    Dry it down and grind it in mixer.

    Add 2 tbsp sattu,one beaten egg,chopped onion,coriander and mint leaves,green chilly,cashewnuts,kismiss and 2 tbsp lemon juice,Mix it well.

    Make round ball with the mix and flatten it.

    Shallow fry these in an non stick pan.

  • 08

    Serve with Raita and Chilled Salad.
