  • Bheja(Brain) 1 nos

  • onion 2-3 nos

  • tomato 2 nos

  • Coriander Powder 1 tbsp

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp

  • Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Turmeric 1/3 tsp

  • Oil 2-3 tbsp

    wash bheja neetly

  • 02

    choppe onion,tomato,coriender in small

  • 03

    heat oil in pan add onion,fry till golden brown

  • 04

    add tomato then add ginger garlic pest mix it well

  • 05

    add bheja and fry continuosly..

    add garam masala ,red chilli powder ,tumeric, salt

  • 07

    add 1/2 cup water..

  • 08

    cook well when cool down sarv with chapati ,roti,naan ,with bhakri.
