Ingredients

  • 1 nos bheja(brain)


  • 2-3 nos onion


  • 2 nos tomato


  • 1 tbsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/3 tsp turmeric


  • 2-3 tbsp oil

Directions

  • wash bheja neetly
  • choppe onion,tomato,coriender in small
  • heat oil in pan add onion,fry till golden brown
  • add tomato then add ginger garlic pest mix it well
  • add bheja and fry continuosly..
  • add garam masala ,red chilli powder ,tumeric, salt
  • add 1/2 cup water..
  • cook well when cool down sarv with chapati ,roti,naan ,with bhakri.
