Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Chevon minced meat 230 gms

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Fennel Seeds 1 tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp

  • Cinnamon Stick 1 nos

  • Cardamom 2 nos

  • Cloves 2 nos

  • Bay Leaf 1 nos

  • Onion,finely sliced 1 nos

  • green chillies 1 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp

  • Tomato Chopped 1 nos

  • Red Chili Powder 1/2 tbsp

  • Coriander Powder 1 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/2 tsp

  • meat masala 1/2 tsp

  • big potato peeled and cubed 1 nos

  • Salt to Taste 1 tsp

  • Chopped Coriander Leaves 3 tbsp

Directions

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add whole spices and roast until aromatic

    Add in onions and saute until golden brown

  • 03

    Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies and saute until raw aroma goes away

  • 04

    Add mutton and saute until well browned

  • 05

    Add tomatoes and saute until tender

  • 06

    Add spice powders and mix well. Add potato and mix

    Add little water and cook for 3 whistles. Lower heat and simmer for 5-6 minutes. Switch off

    Once steam goes off, add corriander leaves and mix. Serve hot with roti/naan
