Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 nos mutton sausage ready made


  • 2 cups rawa


  • 2 cups curd


  • 1 tsp soda


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • First take all ingredients in a bowl except sausage and mix it well.
  • Keep at rest for some time.
  • Add some water to make consistency not so thick not so thin.
  • Cut sausage into small pieaces .
  • Grease a silicon mould and pour some idli batter, put a sausage piece in between and pour some batter to cover it.
  • Steam it for 10 minutes.
  • Remove it from the moulds and cut to get a sausage n idli pinwheel
  • Serve with mint chutney. Use extra batter to create colourful net crepe to decorate the dish.
