First take all ingredients in a bowl except sausage and mix it well.
Keep at rest for some time.
Add some water to make consistency not so thick not so thin.
Cut sausage into small pieaces .
Grease a silicon mould and pour some idli batter, put a sausage piece in between and pour some batter to cover it.
Steam it for 10 minutes.
Remove it from the moulds and cut to get a sausage n idli pinwheel
Serve with mint chutney. Use extra batter to create colourful net crepe to decorate the dish.
