Heat oil in a pan then add ginger, garlic paste,green chilli, curry leaves and onions with salt. Saut till Onion become saute
Then add spices powder and saute till raw smell goes
Add cooked mutton with, turmeric powder and salt and shredded the meat and saute well
Finally add coriander leaves ..mix well and switch off the flame
Beat the egg with salt..make it fluffy
Pour sunflower oil and beat again
Add all purpose flour little by little
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan,rotate the pan and remove excess oil
Transfer half portion of batter spread it.cover with lid and allow it to half set
Then spread chicken masala ,then pour remaining batter over it
Garnish with carrot strips and coriander leaves
Cover with lid and cook it in very low flame for 30 minutes
Now cake is rdy.
