  • Cooked mutton..1cup

  • Onion..1

  • Ginger garlic paste...1 tsp

  • Green chilli..2

  • Coriander powder..1 tsp

  • Chilly powder...1 tsp

  • Turmeric powder..1/2 tsp

  • Garam masala..1 tsp

  • Pepper powder...1 tsp

  • Coriander leaves..1 handful.

  • Coconut oil..2 tsp

  • Salt..1 tsp

  • Egg..4

  • Sunflower oil..3/4 cup

  • All purpose flour..1/2 cup

  • Carrot strips..1/4 cup


  • Heat oil in a pan then add ginger, garlic paste,green chilli, curry leaves and onions with salt. Saut till Onion become saute
  • Then add spices powder and saute till raw smell goes
  • Add cooked mutton with, turmeric powder and salt and shredded the meat and saute well
  • Finally add coriander leaves ..mix well and switch off the flame
  • Beat the egg with salt..make it fluffy
  • Pour sunflower oil and beat again
  • Add all purpose flour little by little
  • Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan,rotate the pan and remove excess oil
  • Transfer half portion of batter spread it.cover with lid and allow it to half set
  • Then spread chicken masala ,then pour remaining batter over it
  • Garnish with carrot strips and coriander leaves
  • Cover with lid and cook it in very low flame for 30 minutes
  • Now cake is rdy.
