Ingredients

Serves 7

  • Chevon meat..1 kilo

  • Onion...6

  • Ginger..garlic paste..3 tbs

  • Green chilli. .5

  • Tomato. 2

  • Coriander leaves..1 handful

  • Mint leaves .1 handful

  • Garam masala..1/2 tsp

  • Pepper powder. .1 tsp

  • Turmeric powder...1/3 tsp

  • Coriander powder .1 tbsp

  • Lemon juice..1 tsp

  • Salt..2 tsp

  • Gheee..2 tbsp

  • Cinnamon..1 stick

  • Cloves..3

  • Cardamom. 3

  • Jeerakashala rice..3 cup

    Fisrt make ghee rice

    Take a vessel add little ghee, cloves, cinnamon, cardomom..next add 6 cup water.. when it gets boil add little salt and washed drained rice ..

    Mix well..and cook the rice in a low flame..

    For masala

    In a pressure cooker add ghee then all vegetables ,then mutton and rest of the ingredients

    Cook for 15 minutes. When it done. Add little more coriander leaves

    In a seperated pan pour the excess water of the cooked mutton and make thick paste with the help of flame and mix it with mutton

    Layering the biriyani

    Apply some ghee to a dish.put on layer of masala in a dish..

    On the top of that spread some rice and little garam masala, leaves, carrot s, then again spread another layer of masala on top the rice

  • 11

    Repeat the process untill the masala on top the rice is finished

  • 12

    Garnish with fried onions and nuts
