Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Mutton 1 kgs

  • Onion,chopped 3 nos

  • Tomato,chopped 4 nos

  • Ginger ,shredded 1 tbsp

  • Garlic Crushed 1 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Paper Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander Powder 2 tsp

  • Chili Powder 1 tsp

  • Jeera Powder 1/2 tsp

  • kasuri methi 1 tbsp

  • Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp

  • Pudina 1 tbsp

  • Curd 1/2 cups

  • Green Chili 3-4 nos

  • Saunf 1/4 tsp

  • Oil 1/2 cups

  • Salt or to taste 1-1/2 tsp

Directions

    In a pan , add ginger garlic, saute till raw smell, then add onion & tomato nd cook for 2 minuts.

    Then add mutton pieces.nd fry for 3 minuts.

    Then add all the powders, kasuri methi, chhped pudina, & saunf. saute for 5 minuts.

    Just mix everything then add curd & green chilli, salt & cook till done.

  • 05

    If cooking in pan cook for 40 minuts.

  • 06

    Finelly add coriender leaves and serve hot with roti nd paratha.
