Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 kgs mutton


  • 3 nos onion,chopped


  • 4 nos tomato,chopped


  • 1 tbsp ginger ,shredded


  • 1 tbsp garlic crushed


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp paper powder


  • 2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder


  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp pudina


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 3-4 nos green chili


  • 1/4 tsp saunf


  • 1/2 cups oil


  • 1-1/2 tsp salt or to taste

Directions

  • In a pan , add ginger garlic, saute till raw smell, then add onion & tomato nd cook for 2 minuts.
  • Then add mutton pieces.nd fry for 3 minuts.
  • Then add all the powders, kasuri methi, chhped pudina, & saunf. saute for 5 minuts.
  • Just mix everything then add curd & green chilli, salt & cook till done.
  • If cooking in pan cook for 40 minuts.
  • Finelly add coriender leaves and serve hot with roti nd paratha.
