Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Oil 2 tbsp

  • Medium Size Onion Slices 2 nos

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

  • Mutto Keems,hand chopped 1/2 kgs

  • cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Red Chilly Powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Badi Ilaychi 2 nos

  • Sabut Black Pepper 8-10 nos

  • Star Anise 1 nos

  • Water as required 1 cups

  • Cloves 4 nos

  • Fenugreek 1/2 cups

  • Soya 1/4 cups

  • Tomatoes,peeled and chopped 3 nos

  • Mace Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Nutmeg Powder 1/4 tsp

  • Green Chili Chopped 4-5 nos

  • Fresh Coriander Leaves ,chopped 1 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    In a pan add oil , onion & fry until light brown.

    Add ginger garlic pest & mix well.

  • 03

    Add mutton mince & mix well until changes color & cook for 8-10 minuts or untill oil seprets.

    Add cuminn seeds powder, turmuric powder, red cilli powder , salt & mix well.

    Add black papercorn, star anise, black cardamom, cloves & mix well.

  • 06

    Add chhoped tomatoes & mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

    Add water & mix well , cover & cook on midium & low flame for 20-25 minuts.

    Add fangrrq leaves & mix well.

  • 09

    Add soya & mix well.

  • 10

    Cover & cook on low flame untill oil seprets (6-8) minuts.

  • 11

    Add mace powder, nutmeg powder & mix well.

  • 12

    Add green chillis & fresh coriender, cover & simmer for 2 minuts.

  • 13

    Hot serve with chapati or paratga.
