In a pan add oil , onion & fry until light brown.
Add ginger garlic pest & mix well.
Add mutton mince & mix well until changes color & cook for 8-10 minuts or untill oil seprets.
Add cuminn seeds powder, turmuric powder, red cilli powder , salt & mix well.
Add black papercorn, star anise, black cardamom, cloves & mix well.
Add chhoped tomatoes & mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water & mix well , cover & cook on midium & low flame for 20-25 minuts.
Add fangrrq leaves & mix well.
Add soya & mix well.
Cover & cook on low flame untill oil seprets (6-8) minuts.
Add mace powder, nutmeg powder & mix well.
Add green chillis & fresh coriender, cover & simmer for 2 minuts.
Hot serve with chapati or paratga.
