1/2 kg Mutton Keema
1 onion chopped
3 Green chilies paste
1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon Red chili
2 tablespoons Fried Gram powder(Besan)
2 tablespoons coriander leaves and mint leaves
2 tablespoons Cashew powder
4 tablespoons grated cheese
1 teaspoon Pepper powder
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon oil
Directions
Firstly Wash and drain the keema, then again make fine paste.
Then take bowl put keema, Onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies paste, red chilli powder, salt, cashew powder and fried gram powder.
Than mix it nicely, if required add gram powder more.
Now take Grated cheese and mix coriander leaves, pepper powder, salt and mix it properly and keep aside.
Now take Keema dough and make small balls and take cheese mixture and Stuffed into it, like this make all balls.
Then put the non stick pan on the gas and add heat it, then swallow fry all balls.
Served with any types of dip.
