Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Mutton Keema


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 3 Green chilies paste


  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste


  • 1 teaspoon Red chili


  • 2 tablespoons Fried Gram powder(Besan)


  • 2 tablespoons coriander leaves and mint leaves


  • 2 tablespoons Cashew powder


  • 4 tablespoons grated cheese


  • 1 teaspoon Pepper powder


  • 2 tablespoons salt


  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions

  • Firstly Wash and drain the keema, then again make fine paste.
  • Then take bowl put keema, Onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies paste, red chilli powder, salt, cashew powder and fried gram powder.
  • Than mix it nicely, if required add gram powder more.
  • Now take Grated cheese and mix coriander leaves, pepper powder, salt and mix it properly and keep aside.
  • Now take Keema dough and make small balls and take cheese mixture and Stuffed into it, like this make all balls.
  • Then put the non stick pan on the gas and add heat it, then swallow fry all balls.
  • Served with any types of dip.
