Ingredients

Serves 6

  • Mutton botty..1 kilo

  • Sliced onions .4

  • Small onions..10 nos

  • Green chilli..4

  • Ginger garlic paste..2 tbsp

  • Red chilli powder..1 tsp

  • Turmeric powder..1/2 tsp

  • Coriander powder..2 tbsp

  • Garam masala..1 tsp

  • Black pepper powder..1 tsp

  • Salt..2 tsp

  • Curry leaves. 1 stem

  • Coconut oil..2 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    First put the botty pieces in to the cooker, add 3/4 th sliced onions, ginger, garlic, green chilli

  • 02

    Next add all curry powder and little oil and salt

  • 03

    The add 1 glass of water and mix well

  • 04

    Next cook the meat

  • 05

    Heat a pan pour little coconut oil and add small onions..then add cooked meat

  • 06

    Cook in low flame still it gets dry..last add little curry leaves..
