Ingredients

  • Chevon meat(mutton)..500 gm

  • Ghee...3 tsp

  • Bay leaves...1

  • Cloves..3

  • Cardamom..3

  • Nutmug .1 small piece

  • Cinnamon..1 stick

  • Chopped onion..1 cup

  • Red chilli paste..2 tsp

  • Dry red chilli..6( soaked in water )

  • Coriander powder.1 tsp

  • Ginger garlic paste..1 tsp

  • Curd..1 cup

  • Water..1 cup

Directions

    Clean and wash mutton pieces..heat ghee ina clay pot..

    Add whole spices and stir it

    Add onion bay leaves...fry the onion till it turns golden brown

  • 04

    Add ginger garlic paste...fry this for a while .

    Add red chilli paste fry till oil get separated.

    Add coriander powder and dry red chilli.mix it well.n now add curd and cook for another 2 minutes..add mutton pieces and salt as per taste ...mix well

    Add water for gravy.cook untill the mutton pieces turns soft and cook.

    It will take around 20 minutes to cook..

    In the end add 2 pinch of mutmeg powder.rdy to serve now

    Serve with chappathi, rice, nan etc.
