  • Chevon meat(mutton)..1/2 kilo

  • Small onions...250 g

  • Dry redchilli..15 nos

  • Cumin seed..2 tb ap

  • Turmeric powder..1/2 tsp

  • Coriander powder..1 tsp

  • Red chilli powder..1/2 tsp

  • Garam masala..1/2 tsp

  • Salt..2 tsp

  • Coconut oil..200 ml

    Cut the mutton pieces into even sizesof inch cubes..

    Put the mutton pieces into tge the cooker with turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder and salt

    When the meat is cooked turn off the flame

    Next in a pan pour coconut oil, then add crushed small onions ,red chilli flakes, and cumin seeds..curry leaves, garam masala...fry it all

    Next add cooked mutton into the pan and fry the mutton till it is cooked crisp

    Serve with rice, chappathi etc
